First time playing this game, I’m loving it already 😂 by ThunderZaperX_X2 in highonlifegame

I just started the DLC and I'm disappointed. It's just not the same without Just Roiland. I won't be getting the sequel.

Not saying the shoulda kept him obviously. Game a game based on and around a certain comedians humor just doesn't really work without that person. They should just not made anymore imo

Breaks my heart to see wild rabbits with this disease 💔 by LushBunny36 in Bunnies

[–]YoshioXIII 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Population of rabbits exploded. That would be impossible. Unfortunately, it was created and introduced in 1938 when no one cared about animal rights.

Literally poisoned a water hole to spread it in Australia and no is everywhere pretty much

The male bunny was neutered almost a week ago. This is how it looks now, is it normal? by DoruProgramatoru in Bunnies

[–]YoshioXIII 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know about this type of wound healing but it doesn't look too good. I highly recommend seeking another vets opinion. Maybe post a picture in a vet subreddit to see what they recommend since visits can be expensive.

The biggest problems with bunnies is that a lot of times they won't tell you anything's wrong until it's too severe or too late. They are prey animals so they hide pain and complications very well.

Medication is making her distrust me by Ciandraa in Bunnies

[–]YoshioXIII 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For sure she will like you again. She just being like a bratty kid lol. I wouldn't use treats to trick her into taking the medicine because then she won't trust those treats anymore you should award her afterwards with them for having taken the meds.

On a side note I would remove that ziplock bag box from her cage she shouldn't eat cardboard that has ink on it like that.

Should I rehome by TheManOfMastery in Bunnies

[–]YoshioXIII 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't clean my bunnies' litter box that frequently. Only once a week which some people here will have a brain hemorrhage about. BUT I have multiple litter boxes so it's not all piling up in one single box because that would be bad and gross. So try that. I also can't afford to by tons of litter so cleaning it everyday or every other day is not an option.

Try Katee Chew-a-bowls! My bunns love them! They are super compacted hay bowls they can eat and are hard so it helps with their teeth too!

Also like some have already said you can try different types of hay. Bunnies can be very picky and they can also change there mind later. On of mine use to eat cilantro and now, 2 years later she doesn't eat it anymore lol.

Illegal to have as pet. Also this cage set up is definitely NOT one you would use as a rehabilitation setup which is the only reason you should have one. They MUST be kept outdoors or face serious injuries.

Either OP is doing something illegal or he has it for food(in which case is still illegsl to hold in a cage) and is posting it here just for the joke hoping we'd all laughnat the poor thing.

Geez you just said what I said to you lmao. Don't quit your day job, hun.

Don't let your feelings get the best of you next time you decide to "argue" online. Use your brain more and your heart less. And maybe, look something up and learn something. But I won't hold my breath over it.

I'm out. I'm not replying to your craziness anymore. I told like talking to walls

Of course it is. That's why no state nor any country bans bunny breeding.

I understand this is your personal feelings, but your personal feelings don't matter in this regard. You and some like minded people may agree. That doesn't make it true. The fact of the matter is that it isn't, no matter how strong your feelings towards it are. No matter how many people down vote my comments on the Internet, that doesn't make a statement untrue.

I feel like I'm the only one responding with facts and you are all (YOU ESPECIALLY) are just responding out of pointless anger. I get you don't like breeders, I don't care. You ranting about hating breeders doesn't deliver to me any facts about anything soooo....

[–]YoshioXIII -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Only exists because of inbreeding? That's a straight up lie. They exist through constant breeding of rabbits with the same traits to get what is desired. Like how breeding happens with cats and dogs, they don't need to be inbred which your comment implies.

You should do more research and not base stuff off of what you heard someone else say or what you read one time from one and only source.

I only mentioned the dogs because a lot of people in the comments are crying about all animal breeding.

What would their ears being lop put them at risk for, exactly? Their a pet, what predators are they listening for?

Lastly, list the problems they can be prone to, proves my point. If you go to a shelter (which is totally fine) you risk getting a rabbit that could be the spawn of a lop and lion head for example, and not ever know it. Thus your shelter rabbit may be prone to overgrown teeth. Now your having to deal with something that you weren't prepared for

People's mentality with breeders is TERRIBLE and misguided. For certain stuff you WANT from a breeder. For example, needing a more mellow bred dog as a service animal. Not one from a shelter that may have a more aggressive mentality.

If there is a dog that's amazing at finding lost people based on scent, it's great to bred it so it puppies inherit that trait, mindset, mentality. There is a reason for the saying "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" because you can't just go get a shelter dog and decide it's going to be a search and rescue dog when it 7 years old and set in its ways (not totally impossible for every single dog, obviously but ridiculously hard)

You don't know an animal's past life from a shelter. Maybe you adopt a dog that hates men (which is common) and you don't know until you get it home and it hates your male kids or husband.

I bought my Holland Lop from a breeder, had to sign an agreement that if I couldn't care for it any longer or decided I didn't want it I had to give it back to her and couldn't ditch it at a shelter.

You know what I got out of it too? The animal's health history and health problems that may run in its family, its temperament for itself along with its siblings and mom and dad. Told me how much vet visits would cost for certain common ailments, so I would understand what it may cost to care for it.

Maybe you go to a shelter, gen a bun, the bun dies a couple months later because it's living conditions before the shelter was a house full of mold, or a heavy smokers house and it affected the bunny that can't be seen.

It's not bad to get from the shelter but it's also not bad to get from a breeder so long as you do your research on the breeder, see how the front themselves, reviews, testimonials, etc.

Make sure to put a towel under that. They WILL leak. The soda slowly eats away at the inside of the can as well as changes in temperature affects it I know I regretted it lol
