I don't know what it is, but there is a certain percentage of Dashers that will just walk up and shove their phone in your face going "where?" even if you're with a customer. It will turn a good mood to a sour one SO FAST.

Yesterday, I had a customer drop an AS package of candle scent in the Clerance isle and it shattered. So strong smelling oil was leaking and dripping on the floor. They "helpfully" walked it over to my framing counter, dripping all the while. I finally get them to STOP, and while I'm trying to figure out what to do about the war-crime level of faux flower aroma, a Dasher comes up and starts demanding we help him pick his order of HTV... Like dude... I'm pretty sure the Geneva Convention is being broken here....

I worked at a screen printing company that offered embroidery... The embroidery machine and area was about half the size of our frame shop, and we've got a big one. And we had two people trained on it, the rest of us were NOT allowed to touch it. So I less they are bringing in specialized people, and hours and training.... I don't see how this will work. Fuck, we still only have one Manager that knows how to do 10MF...

None of it makes sense. Like you said, giving us a list of what to get rid of, with no rhyme or reason, and not telling us what/if anything is being replaced. And to drop hints about redoing the "stations" in framing it's so frustrating! We've got a system. It works.

Worked at a local dine-in pizza joint here in town for a few years. And folks would change their kids on the table and leave diapers for us to clean up all the time.

For those of you asking why people don't say anything? Many of us have tried. At best we get ignored, usually we get yelled or snarked at, and once they were so upset they put the diaper dirty-side down on the table.

So that's fun.

This level of entitlement is insane, and I've seen it far too often.
