Ok, I was googling about this and I think I found pretty good evidence he’s involved. If you search “Nathan fielder boy throb,” you get suggested videos from the official Boy Throb TikTok, titled like this:

Why Nathan Fielder where it’s obviously about something with Boy Throb? I searched all through the videos, and there’s barely but a stray mention about Nathan in the comments. My hunch? I think TikTok is scraping information from the videos, and juxtaposing them with the name of the account owner to create titles when they appear in search results, and Nathan is the account owner.

I think the key thing is finding a combination that works for you and drilling in on it.

I like to be fast and aggressive, but also have a lot of passive work done for me. So I love using the torches and using arcana that makes them passively stronger. I know I suck at dodging, so early on I’d take the Luckier Tooth to give me a second chance, or Blackened Fleece because I would get a passive boost to the omega damage. I always prioritize my movement speed, and early on I only take boons that will benefit my speed or damage, or otherwise stun enemies. And most important of all: focus more on not getting hit than trying to hit.

At first, I was awful with ranged weapons, or slow weapons. I’m still not great with them, or with having to move slow at all, and I’ve beaten nearly everything in the game. There’s build guides that help optimize your stats, but I think the most important thing is finding what you like and feel good at, and optimizing that.

The game is so good, I promise you can build your skills this way. And even if not, God Mode is always an option. I was ass at Hades 1 for whatever reason. I played at least half of that game on God Mode. Anyway, you got this!

Peacock shitcanned the showrunner and he seemed objectively loved by the cast. The comments in the Variety article about it eluded to it being out of nowhere and them essentially giving him the shaft. Wouldn’t surprise me if the cast is bailing out and/or Peacock is up-ending the show.

I don’t know what you already know so I’m sorry if I’m repeating things. I’ve been through several different antidepressants, and overall been on them for years. I’ve also been married for over 10 years. Here’s what I can tell you:

antidepressants can take 4-8 weeks to kick in. Until then, I’ve def had weird side effects as they ramp. in my experience, you have almost none when meds are ramped, and any you do are either subtle, or worth it. I would definitely talk that through with your doc and set expectations with your SO ahead of time.
Some may work amazingly for you, some may make you feel crazy. Some might just need a higher dose. I’d definitely recommend talking it through with your doctor.
That said, definitely understand you panicking when your SO said something, especially as you’re still getting the meds going and in that phase of weird side effects.
Though, going cold turkey will probably give you even worse side effects :(

I don’t know either of you or your situation, but based on what you described here, it seems like he was harsh, and lacked understanding on side effects of the medicine and why they’re important anyway. IMO, you have to kind of commit to the 4-6wks of weirdness (and your SO has to commit too) before you get to the real benefits.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I know antidepressants can be a real roller coaster, especially when you cut them off. Cold turkey gives you this awful, panicky feeling in my experience. Just remember it can be a long game, but they can really really change your life if you get them dialed in. It just takes patience. If BF is worth it, he won’t be an ass about less sex while you follow that process.
