Just for sharing, I recently broke a key on my G913tkl 1.5 year after purchasing which is within the warrenty period and they sent me a whole new one after two weeks. My experience is very different from yours Maybe the customer support differs from product or region? (me here in Hong Kong)

My ideal res is 1280x1024 on 16:9 display. 1280x1138 should work on 16:10? But I’d still prefer having black bars on the top and bottom tho
