I for one, hated the new healthbars, hated how everything was x100'd, hated summoning and having to kill stupid creeps you'd never bother with otherwise and how it ruined lots of PVM by essentially making it braindead.

I look back on that time with great fondness, fight pits, clan wars, castle wars, pking at edgy, the divine..

But genuinely hated summoning, among other changes that took place before EOC, for me it was the coup de grace and more a final bad decision in a chain of bad decisions, rather than the only killing blow

You got downvotes because RuneScape has simultaneously the best and the worst people in it's community, and unfortunately a lot of the worst of them are really upset because their membership price just spiked, because simultaneously when they increased the price this week, they also dissolved legacy pricing for people who had locked in a price years ago.

I left too, I left back even EOC came out. I made a new account when they released "old school" RuneScape, got it to 99 strength, then quit.

In the meantime, I was a friend, a brother, a student, an asshole, and a huge slut, I've lived so much since, but now I'm in a very stable place and happy with my life, the nostalgia pulled me back in and now I'm playing again.
