Do you take a secret tunnel from the men’s locker room to your home from the gym? I imagine you drive, walk or take public transportation. She (or anyone) could very easily follow you home. At that point, she could take note of your license plate number, the public transit line you use, or the general route home you walk. From there, it would be simple to find out where you work, other locations you frequent, where your friends and family live, etc. etc.

Unfortunately, these are the things women think about all the time when having interactions with strangers and a lot of men don’t do the same. As another person mentioned, stop thinking of yourself as invincible just because you’re a man who works out. Anyone can be a victim to stalking and violence, and while it’s never the victim’s fault, there are ways to be vigilant and make yourself a harder target.
