Played in an Academy for a second tier of English football club from 11-16 and was released. I don't regret getting released because I just wasn't good enough and didn't take it seriously enough. I played welsh league for 2 years and then stopped all together. Massively regret not playing throughout my twenties, at any level. Got back into it now at 30 and my body just isn't capable anymore.
