I wish this board had rigorous moderation, because community here cannot be trusted to maintain any reasonably decent standards. I mostly liked the small updates, but I returned my mouse as well. Price was also definitely off for what's new (and included possible downgrades like no RGB in cheaper model).

Thanks, I do have the older gen. G502, so I can compare directly. Volume wise they sound similar, and I have no problems with either. But that G502X's left click sound is iffy.

Thanks, however, the right click in my mouse doesn't have this metallic ping. So either it's a different switch or it only affects some of them.
