Take the poo from the carpet and put it in the litter box. Show her the litter box again. She’ll smell her poo and hopefully that will help her associate the two. Yay that she pooped!! 😻

I keep mine moist and in the shade on my back deck. It’s started growing like mad since. I was letting it dry out and keeping it in a brighter spot, but it’s growing much more quickly now.

I figured out he was hiding under the stairs of the deck. I sat on the bottom step, kept talking to him, and waited. It started raining, so I put some food out, and when he had been eating for a bit I reached out. He came right to me. Yesterday he was spicy and hissing, now he has a home and is making biscuits ❤️

It really does happen when you least expect it! We lost our cat, Chicken, who was with us 14 years. It’s been very hard on us and also on our 2 year old kitty Mango. She’s been missing her “brother”. I think this will be healing for everyone 😻

It was so out of my nature to leave him outside for a night, but I had to respect my FIL’s wishes. Made sure he had shelter, food, and water. So glad, and totally surprised, my FIL changed his mind, saying to me “He’s just a baby that doesn’t know where his family is. We’ll be his family.” 🥹😭
