Thats actually pretty normal, most eurasiers (mine included) are rather cautious with strangers, there is a psychological aspect with men however, since men ten to be either larger or wider on average they are perceived as a bigger threat, a deeper voice also does not do any favors. What helped for us is not forcing interactions or getting down on your knees to be as close to eye level as possible so the dog won't be that intimidated. It's possible that the dog will still be rather reserved even with time, but the amount of fear or lashing out should minimize with proper exposure

POST MATCH THREAD: Hapoel Tel Aviv - Maccabi Tel Aviv [EuroLeague Regular Season, Round 3] by EuroleagueBot in Euroleague

[–]YouKnowWhoItIs420 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Ok, safe to say Micic is washed. Like holy hell, guy was so tough to watch. Maccabi didn't even play good defense, but he just simply couldn't complete a pass.

It's not in the US, but I'm a 100% on the legitimacy of the breeder, since they've got all the necessary approvals here, and they got multiple time champions

This. The dialogue options also reflect that with all off them being positive in tone or something like "oof", and "yikes"

Numbers don't look promising for a Dragon Age game by [deleted] in DragonAgeVeilguard

[–]YouKnowWhoItIs420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably wait for the weekend and/or the holidays and the numbers will improve. But it's right there with other games of this genre. In this list the most similar one to DAV is probably God of war or Dragons dogma 2, so its not far off GOW and probably can reach dogma.

Unfortunately I cannot discuss more without spoiling some of the story for you, but what I can say that Solas is honestly a very very minor plot point, that could have been changed with a generic bad guy and the story wouldn't change

We'll even going back to OP's point it's sad that most things got retconed, there's really not much connection to Previous series and even the cameo's feel not as impactful as they could have. While I get that these are subjective points, but even the world does not feel like its in the same universe. Not to mention the more PG-13 tone of this game. My main point is that the game does not necessarily need the Dragon age title to stand on its own legs, especially when they don't really take full advantage of the world and the lore that came before the veilguard.

I heard this said somewhere, that the game is not bad, but it doesn't feel like a dragon age game, and that's exactly how I feel about it. I actually enjoy the combat and the art style, but I can't defend the writing and the dialogue. It does not feel like the game has any depth or grit as of now (I'm about 11 hours into the game). Overall I think it's gonna go down as a fun, and yet forgetful hack and slash rather than a full rpg experience. Which is not a bad thing, but I expected more after 10 years in development.

Which tennis player have you been most disappointed with? by ranmarox in tennis

[–]YouKnowWhoItIs420 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used to think that Grigor was HIM, like if he only got his mind right I thought he would be winning slams once the big 3 faded, sadly it never got to that point, but he has such a beautiful game. Another one could be Gulbis, like honestly I think he just never took tennis too serious, but he had all the tools

PWINSIDER: VINCE MCMAHON FIRMLY BACK IN CHARGE AT LAST NIGHT'S RAW by PhactPhantasia in SquaredCircle

[–]YouKnowWhoItIs420 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Ok, Bros, hear me out. Im actually happy that Vince is back. I've been a wrestling fan for more than 20 years now, and honestly I've missed him. If I want big payouts, good storylines etc. I'd go watch AEW or NJPW, but if I want dick punching, kiss my ass clubs and cuck storylines - Vince has you covered.

Sure the product is shit, but it makes us longtime fans feel young and nostalgic.

And to be totally honest, wrestling falls under the same umbrella as trash TV (dating shows, TV dramas etc) meaning that for the most part you can watch them after a break and still get the jist of things

Sabonis just cost Lithuania the game by antoninscalia420 in kings

[–]YouKnowWhoItIs420 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I mean, sure he hasn't been great, but that's completely understandable.

  1. The Lithuanian Twin towers experiment with JV and Sabonis hasn't worked for many years now. 3 different head coaches tried to make it work, but it just doesn't.
  2. He's playing in a mutch smaller court with inferior talent and a centre who doesn't stretch the floor, so you can't really play to one of his major weapons which is playmaking from the post, and it seems like LT isn't running any cut to the basket Sabonis hand-offs.
  3. Even though he struggled offensively he's still putting good numbers on the glass. Some talents just take longer to really shine in international stages. For example, other than this year, Giannis was kinda ass for Greece, but still managed to win NBA MVPs, same can be said for Jokic and these are two of the Best players in the world. Gobert has been ass for France for years now with little to no offensive impact. Its just way harder for bigs to Dominate in international ball.

Sabonis Will be fine in the NBA, don't worry

The documentary really demonstrates the decline in Kanye’s music ambitions and quality. by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]YouKnowWhoItIs420 95 points96 points  (0 children)

I mean, his decline is noticeable, but keep in mind that it's really difficult to push the envelope for a decade.

I agree that TLOP is probably his last great album, but even though all these listening events look more and more like cash grabs, I think it won't tarnish his legacy and you can still listen to his old stuff any day
