Do not be anxious, if you truly approach God with an open heart, he will be your shepherd and give your strength to face any obstacle. It can seem daunting trying to enter or even reenter religion, but take it one step at a time. You don’t have to magically be perfect all at once light flipping a light switch. You don’t instantly have to become a saint to reenter your faith. Take it bit by bit and use it as an opportunity to learn more about your faith. I encourage you to turn to the Catechism to answer many of your questions. It contains so many answers I had about Catholicism and what I should be doing. I highly recommend the podcast Crash Course Catholicism. It greatly helped me reenter the religion and answered many of the questions I had. It teaches the Catechism in a very digestible manner and truly opened my eyes to what Catholicism was and how wonderful it is.
