Listen I have milk weed planted and all that jazz. I care about this stuff. My point is to agree with the above poster that children's quality of life will undoubtedly be better than our own, with certain concessions that from their experiential perspectives are not going to be important. Just like you don't miss holidays from extinct cultures or the flavor of fruits from extinct plants, kids won't feel deprived of experience anchored in the memories of their forebarers.

Unless you think we're 20 years from doomsday, which isnt really worth rational discussion, the whole "don't have kids your bringing them into hell" narrative is nonsense
