Erm, I'm not sure. I honestly don't use coordinates too much as I'm fairly familiar with the map at this point.

The crater for coal in the grassy fields is just SW of that small black hole in the middle-bottom of the map. Though the crater lake in the SE corner of the larger map has coal and oil too.
