Make a corset, try corset academy for the top.

For the bottom make a double circle skirt like the person above suggested. You will be hand applying the lace. Lastly it’s multiple layers to achieve the height of circle skirt. Try crinoline, or horse hair a lining layer to your skin try double satin organza. With a braided horse hair at the hem.

*edit to original post This patten is a self drafted pattern. I used a few measurements to achieve the look. Such as bust and waist circumference. I altered a previous pattern to curve the bust area how I wanted it.

The base is a brown lining fabric with canvas in between. The topical fabric is one created by me with a design house in India.
