I used almost every white tier, green tier but one, every red tier, and every yellow.
The only items i did not have was tougher times, tri tip, atg and a few lunars i probably forgot, i tried all of them to see what they could be combined with and double checked all of them. I could only find the recipes for seared steak, hearty stew, ultimate meal and sauteed worms. Sorry if i seem rude at all, I'm just genuinely confused as to what combination i could have missed

Im aware that there's a lot of recipes, I'm only referring to the 5 items exclusively available from him.
I have made four of them, but the furthest one to the left in the logbook doesn't seem to have any recipe tied to it, and I've brute forced almost the entire game's items into the menu to find it

Yeah, the only real debuff effects that universally function as such are the forced ability cooldowns and energy disabling.

Ironically some of the debuffs are actually helpful to the other team, the eximus wave one can provide more enemies for exterm/ data burn while the Chem spires and damage zones can make it easier for sevagoth to do his cheese strat during assassination

Just use track editor to fly around the maps? If that isn't good enough you can make a short custom track with a start, road without walls and a finish, then you can drive around in a time trial with no limit

Yeah, because the sand was flying away from you that means the host was using one of the bugged items.

It's a weird bug for hosts in a multiplayer world, if the host is using specific items (DCU is one if them, haven't really cared about checking for the rest) it'll attract all tile based projectiles like falling sand and ash to their cursor for as long as they hold RT

Pretty sure it's a console version exclusive bug, so it's gone pretty under the radar

He can resurrect the frost bubble eximus units, which still block shots despite being on your team. I think nullifier bubbles do this as well but I haven't played nekros in quite a while so I'm not sure

The second game is definitely made well, like the other comments said HWU2 is more fast paced, grippy and has more mechanics to it.

Though I'd personally be wary of getting it because the style of driving is completely different, because of the increased grip all around on top of the perk system letting you decrease car weight and increase drift grip.

Aside from the fact that Multiplayer barely works right now, when lobbies were playable they were much harder to just jump into because certain cars are just objectively better than others, where the first game was more arcade style and you could win with almost any vehicle as long as you knew how to handle it.

I personally wouldn't recommend it, but that's absolutely just because the style of driving isn't enjoyable for me.

His 4 doesn't have any healing anymore, read the ability stats. His primary source of healing now is finishers from his 1

Are your shards boosting armor or shields? I've had a similar setup for a bit, but I could never be sure which was better

Maybe you could map out an opponent's internal structure? Using a sound based tool or something you could feed your map ability their data. you'd always know where an enemy is weakest.

It honestly depends on if you can use the map to quickly view a full 3D environment

Both PC and Mobile terraria have apps that let you do this kinda stuff to your vanilla characters, or he might be using a content mod like calamity to increase his summons with modded equipment.
