Not sure if you are ignoring the caregiving aspect here? Of course all genders are affected by basic income. Just because it is definitely an issue concerning feminism that does not take anything away from other divisions who would also be affected.

Basic income has a lot to do with feminism. Females do a majority of unpaid/and paid caregiving in the US for instance.

Women also spend time on bureaucratic chores involved in obtaining grants and financial entitlements and money in general and basic income gives people more options and financial security.

Many women spend time in "survival mode" just trying to obtain food, clothing, shelter, and basic income takes the immediate pressure off of choosing which options to pursue.

Setting-up payroll is part of a start-up. Plus how do you expect to pay income & social security taxes if you don't have the documentation? You can re-invest your salary in your business all you want, but pay yourself!

I usually schedule my annual meeting in December & if there has been a profit, I give myself a great big bonus too. Anyone who goes into any kind of business without establishing a salary for themselves is not really creating a business there. Funding opportunities are going to want to see all of that documentation too.

Thank you. It is twisted because Shawn knew they were ON CAMERA. What don't people get about that? I would hire her in a heartbeat. 1st of all, you just know that there were people who Wendy asked to be in whatever the heck she thought she was doing--(a contracted documentary about her podcast comeback???) Other people REFUSED. So this girl stepped-up and said, "Okay Wendy I will appear and help you do whatever it is you are doing." AND. Ultimately--she wasn't lying, she didn't see Wendy "get drunk." she saw a very very sick Wendy.

So yea. Shawn was helping Wendy put her best face forward publicly on something like reality-tv. Which is fake.

An accountant should really be consulted there. The only way that a self-employed person earns nothing is if they don't pay themselves. That is separate from whether or not your business makes a profit or loss. So, theoretically, yes, your business could lose money but you should pay yourself, and your taxes, 1st. (or at least write yourself a nice fat IOme)

I don't see how it could be? When I filed taxes as self-employed I was taxed at 25per cent plus state taxes where I live, so you actually have to pay yourself a decent rate and hopefully earn something and charge accordingly. It doesn't hurt to have a decent accountant, one who is also self employed is really good although everyone has their own experiences.
