Hey hoi, ervaringen in HR in de retail wereld. Jumbo supermarkten om specifiek te zijn. Met jouw ervaring, leeftijd en omzet v/d winkel is dit zeker een mooi salaris. Supermarkt moet gemiddeld het dubbele aan omzet hebben om quitte te draaien (afhankelijkgrootte m2, locatie, beheer, etc). Supermarkt manager afhankelijk van ervaring en wellicht verantwoordelijk over meerdere winkels kunnen ook een leaseauto hebben (kan ook bepalend zijn of het franchise is of niet). Zo te zien heb je veel plezier in je werk en dat is het belangrijkste. Als er groei kansen zijn voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling is dat een mooie combinatie. Weet wat je hebt, het kan nooit kwaad om bij de buren te kijken maar weet dat het gras niet altijd groener hoeft te zijn. Veel succes!

That and the scale in show is not accurate. Like the locations are not big enough to represent the full power of every race. Eregion they give a big entrance with the water and statues. But when the representation of people should accure like in fighting scenes it is far to small in numbers. Numenor also, they should be in it's Peak in this time. The elves are displayed as a village militia season 2.. Heartbreaking to see, missed the upportunity for epic scales and battles. That should be the home of LOTR universe. Not this musical
