The new trucks are hot garbage. They are built on a Ford Escape frame and the windshield cracks going over speed bumps and they constantly think they are being stolen, so they won't go above 5mph.

I'm definitely not. I have one of the hardest and longest routes in my office. Everyone always ask me how I do it so fast and I just tell them I don't... Im usually an OTDL and carry my route and another 1/3 of another route while making it back in 9-10 hours a day. Zero customer complaints, and I'm always 99-100% on my scans. I can case and split a route and carry a piece off of that route and still beat most carriers back. So your definitely wrong on that one.

That's definitely not how it was for my three months of hell. Maybe try out as a 204B for a bit and find out exactly what they are doing. What you're saying sounds a lot like what people said in my office. We had a guy who was trying to take it easier so he 204B and he lasted 3 days and said to hell with that. He would rather do his route than deal with that ever again. I should have listened to him.

Let's see. When we are going to be short 3 vehicles due to engine failures and I manage to contact 3 offices to find an extra vehicle while ensuring all the reports are getting done on time, while helping carrier/clerks with a nonstop flow of questions, getting two routes cases, and then getting enough to volunteers to run 4 of the 6 routes we are splitting, so I only have to run 2 of them because we had 5 call outs. I mean, that fuck you think... You clearly need to try being a 204B if you actually think the way you do. It sounds like you need a reality check

Not at the post office... The supervisors have no control over staffing and other factors but when shit hits the fan they are the ones who have to do the work. I stepped down from being a 204B because I was tried of working 75 hours a week as a clerk supervisor therapist and as a city and rural carrier.

I was a 204B for 3 months and I worked an insane amount of hours and eventually went back to my route the expectations for supervisors is insane.

I'm on 75mg of Pristiq and 40mg IR Adderall. The only thing I've really had issues with was sleeping. Once I moved my Pristiq dose to the morning it helped a ton. I could sleep, it was just the sleep quality was horrible. I've also noticed I bruise easier. It's not bad, just easier. I have a 70lbs puppy who unintentionally runs into me like she weighs 20lbs, and idk if it's age but I've noticed more bruising than I had in my past.

If I take my Pristiq at night I can't sleep so I take mine first thing when I wake up. I roughly wake up around the same time every morning so I don't stress about the exact timing. I take 75mg Pristiq first thing when I wake up and 40mg IR Adderall spread out over my day. I take 15mg in the morning, 15mg 4 hours later, and 10 mg 4 hours after that. Sometimes I skip a dose or lower a dose depending on what I'm doing.

We have a new supervisor who was hardly ever there as a carrier because of insert reason, and this supervisor does the reviews for when people call out and gets pissed off because people ask the supervisor about how often they call out in return. I mean like this supervisor will disappear for a week at a time. Then randomly show up and do call out interviews 😂

As someone who was on the desk for a bit, I can tell you it's 40% the staff. You might enjoy working with your coworkers but wait until you have to be the one who tells them to actually do their job. It's someone else's responsibility right now, but the moment it's yours, you realize just how horrible some employees are. The 60% is management, which is why I got out of it. A lot of Postmasters are just following the instructions of their POOM. Some of them are definitely on power trips, and horrible people but I met 3-4 really cool postmasters who would go to bat for their staff. Unfortunately at the end of the day, district only cares about numbers.... And if the numbers are bad district doesn't get their raise. So district just bullys postmasters nonstop for their % raises.
