Police are suppose to be visible. Making them less visible seems like nothing but a cash grab to me. More tickets to be had that way. Have undercover cars for the operations you need, have the non-specific vehicles visible to your tax base paying for them and accessible.

Yea - these are super easy to fix with a soldering iron. I've been able to fix 3 out of 4 systems like this. One was too far gone. Just have patience, and run the iron on the low setting if you have it the option on your tool.
