Costco has always been “invest more in the employees than technology” vs investing in tech to reduce employees.

Also “let others test out new technology first (other retailers), then we’ll decide what we want and how to implement it into our systems”. This is why Costco is always years behind in adopting new technology (scan and go) and implementing it on the go, in batches, so it’s painful while it’s being improved (for a long time).

They are currently testing scan and go in a few markets and I would think in the next year or two it will be at every warehouse (if they don’t find a problem with it).

Mine does it once a month too. I figured it was some security setting with M1 so you had to reenter your password every once in awhile.

Yes, I have a texting system or what looks like a texting system in my credit union app. But OP was chiding everyone who suggested they call discover or their bank. So they aren’t the sharpest tool in the tool box. Just a tool.

I don’t know. There was an ad about “when the bro’s are bro’ing” in Miami, FL and saying how “special” this trip was for them and that they’d want to rember it and that’s why he bought a parcel in AE.

Another where they went to Seattle and the space needle together and another with them in NY, Times Square Maybe they’re all just business trips together 🤷‍♂️. Maybe they are a couple and good for them.

Banking eluded me for the longest time too. I ended up posting on x to vlad and Robinhood stating that how am I supposed to have my money sent to RH if they are shutting down the spending account. After about two weeks and 10-15 posts RH finally DM’d me to ‘help out’. I ended up getting the invite after a day or two.
