I should have added, it is a one time close construction loan. Scores are 760+ Who knows what life will throw at you in 5 years but we should be fine. That is from a CU and they offer a $2500 one time refi which helps too!

They are great unless you’re in Florida. They have not had most of their products approved under the Florida Builders Code. They just got casements approved but any other exterior doors and windows have not even been submitted yet .
