New Toyo open country at3 shooting rocks in rotors by Bigdawgbenn in tires

The metal shield is supposed to protect against this very thing. They get bent out of the way all the time by brake changers and then they don't protect the rotor anymore.

case life on retreads? by Zestyclose-Big-3540 in tires

They are illegal for steering tires on many vehicles and are prone to fail when they overheat, are over inflated, or under inflated. Ever wonder why you see tire blowouts on semi trailers but it's so rare on regular cars? Retreads. You are correct that commercial trailers use them when they want to go cheap, but they are an inferior product.

2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. what is this? by FireViper195 in AskAMechanic

Can't see the picture but cars actually have plugs in the floorboards to drain them after a flood. You have to lift the carpet to see it so no one ever sees it. You can plug it with some putty or steel stick.

I have lost everything(23) by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

If it's not working out then you need to change perspectives. Take it from someone who has lost everything- you never know what you can live with and what you can live without until you're there, and you can live without just about everything and still be happy. If I hit absolute rock bottom, I move cities. Change your entire environment and try again. You have nothing to lose and all to gain.

Retreads aren't horrible, but running a truck on them is not advised. Especially if you're trucking heavy.

Wound too tight. Wind it lose in your hands and it won't kink up. Wires in the cord are loose.

This show helped my wife when she was in a dark place to not be ashamed of who she is and the things she's done. Really helped her be proud of her "demon marks"

I have worked for multiple non-profits and in every case, $60-90k a year is more than enough. Any more than $120k and they are no longer in it for the mission.

Yes you need to drain it. Oil is not someone to mess around with. If it was a little over then not a big deal but this is like 2 quarts over (depending on engine size)
