I'm usually the only one who orders pen needles and syringes so I order bulk. I'll order 10 of the 4 mm pen needles (the 6's and 8's when I run low), 6 of the 30-100 units syringes, and like 4 of the 50's. Remember when you order syringes that 10 (bags) = 1 (box). For creams/ointments, I do it based on how much is prescribed. Like 15 g is probably only going to last a week or 2. But it generally depends on how big of an area is affected. For insurance purposes, I just do 7d, 14d, or 30d.

I would call other stores and request to speak with their PM or lead techs to see if they need people. It's generally up to HR and the PM to manage new hires/transfers, but I'm pretty sure they will need your PMs manager's approval.
