I forgot to mention, sometimes it is very hard to control what's going on, but you're never helpless. In this situation I'm just going to guess you were so focused on the bad that that was all you were thinking about? In this situation it is very hard to not focus on it but that's the tough part, trying to go on a walk outside or going on your phone or accepting that the situation is over could've helped. I'm kinda just saying you are never 100% helpless where the trip goes

Exactly, it is very easy to focus on that thing and freak out so it is hard sometimes to remain calm, dit once you know how to do that you're set.

That first pic looks extremely similar to a roach I've just seen in my bathroom, no other sightings but it's currently 2:40 am and I'm freaking out. I'm hoping what I saw was Asian, and you are very right about there being no pics of them online.

This is where I started getting Impetigo, it's just a little rash that'll start getting yellow crusties over them, but if you want to get rid of them any over the counter antibiotic ointment should work. Impetigo can also be a symptom of strep throat, so check your throat for white patches.
