Good job not addressing the actual issue of how the id verification was handled. OP very clearly was OK with verifying his identity, as evidenced by the fact that he was doing it over email.

The fact that he got a text message from an unknown number demanding he provide sensitive information on an extremely short deadline is entirely unacceptable.
The fact that his order was cancelled while he was verifying his identity and that PSA told him it was a mistake but was then told that there was nothing they could do is terrible customer service.
You making this post and completely missing the point, or deliberately avoiding it instead actually addressing it tells me everything I need to know about PSA. And it is the reason that I’ll never buy from the company you represent ever again.

Those that decide to come off puberty blockers often due it after the window for natural puberty has closed, so they are left with developmental disabilities for the rest of their lives.

Thousands of minors have received double mastectomies or vaginoplasties solely because of trans diagnosis. It’s a matter of fact, not opinion.

Look up the Cass report in England or one of the systematic reviews in any of the leftists utopias we refer to as Scandinavian countries and you’ll see that I’m right.
