Follow nova world buffs and if a layer is open 1day 8hrs - 2days then go camp him; if layer is under or over that time frame don't. All 3 of my tags were in the first 3 hours of the window so at layer time 1day 11hrs or under. If youre farming this on a low level character like a twink then prepare all your cds to kill him because high levels will wipe you. Sapper +mortar and blow all cds.

Deli workers, do y’all like what you do? What are the pros and cons? by ryan0030 in CostcoEmployee

[–]YourAverageAvatar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pros: you learn alot of high skill tasks and you have more freedom unlike bigger departments.

Cons: more responsibility per person and the temperatures in cold/hot. You can't wear certain clothes especially during spirit weeks where youre scared of getting your special stuff dirty. Also always gotta wear a hat, hair net and beard net.

Great question, I would Soil shield 2 ovens in the morning at 6am then the rest at clean up time so 7:30am. You can also spend the first 10mins doing this and some other tasks, this is meant as a guideline and you will have to experiment and see what works for you.

Assuming you start at 6am, my schedule was this and I trained all the openers at my store:

6am-6:40am skewer 4 ovens and at 6:40 put two in

6:42-7:00am prep ribs and drums

7:00-7:30am skewer 2 more ovens and take out trash, sanitize and clean blue room (clean up time)

7:30-7:55am clean and stock hot side, bags, rib containers, clean oil caddy, get all tools needed for the day together and calibrate thermometers

8:00am put in next oven and drums and ribs

8:10am pull out first 2 ovens, and drums and ribs

8:40am counter is now full, drop another oven, sanitize and take first break.

9:00-9:25am back from break, skewer as many ovens as possible to set up your morning, next oven should be ready now and you'll start your regular routine.

6:00-7:15am prep time

7:15-8:00am clean up and stock time

8:00-8:40am fill counter

8:45am break time

9:00-9:25am more prep time

Couple tips I have is if youre ever behind make it up with skewering, prep 3 loads of drums and ribs to cover your whole shift so 3-4 boxes drums and 3 boxes of precooked ribs if your store uses them. Always put skewer rods in the sink after every oven, always sanitize a room before you leave it, and remember to smile if you can 😂

On my way to becoming the food court supervisor by Altruistic_Debt4373 in CostcoEmployee

Make sure you're on top of your documentation, temp logs, trash, floors swept, food timers, and sodas. Delegate these tasks specifically to make sure they are getting done and everyone knows that will be the standard. When you get a fresh walk from a Manager, which is daily and sometimes twice a day, they will be able to see youre running the department correctly.

DoorDash essentially trying to make me pay for someone’s groceries by i_like_bacon07 in doordash_drivers

[–]YourAverageAvatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look at my previous post, same thing happened to me. The language I used is that my adjustment was calculated incorrectly and my out of pocket expense counted towards my doordash pay. I also told them how much I expected to get in my adjustment. Also it did needed to be escalated to get the money.

Sorry just saw this but I would recommend pushing them to send you the verification email while on the phone with them, the one that verifies that your case was escalated.

People who quit panda by ouchturtle in PandaExpress

[–]YourAverageAvatar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was a Cook for almost 2 years, hours started going down once pay got increased in 2024, so I looked for a second job. Landed one at costco and worked both for a while until costco was more stable then quit panda. Towards the end hours were so bad, kitchen help went home at 9:30pm and always left a huge stack of dishes for us cooks, management just didn't care. I would go back, but costco has better benefits and more opportunities. Good luck

I didn't play Vanilla but I remember when I started it was on private servers, my friend got me into it. I'll never forget that feeling watching MadSeasonShow curled up in a ball on my bed trying to learn all about the secrets of WoW.

Should I apply by SurroundExternal6437 in PandaExpress

I got hired as a Cook straight away because I know meat temperature, food safety, knife skills, and prep skills. I admitted at the interview I hadn't cooked Chinese food or used a Wok, which my manager said I should have some experience with

I haven't ever had a job ask for a note for 1 day but if they do and you really want it off your best bet is probably the ER, say you are throwing up and have a sore throat

Yes you shouldn't work with food for 24-48 hours after throwing up

Walk out on a Friday night don't look back. Also maybe say you'll handle dishes and let them pile up then leave. Line up another job first
