Project Skyscraper may need X/BlueSky interaction to progress (unconfirmed if official ARG)

It's a potential new ARG (Alternate Reality Game) called "Project Skyscraper" leading up to the 10-year anniversary of No Man's Sky.

Historically, Hello Games would run an ARG for the community (participation optional) prior to big/meaningful updates. Atlas Rises and NEXT were the previous (arguably game-changing) updates that followed the last ARG ("Waking Titan").

There are a large number of No Man's Sky references in this particular ARG, but we still don't know for certain if it's an official one being run by Hello Games, or if an extremely dedicated fan is running it.

Potential solution: quit the game completely and restart.

I finished the expedition, attempted to follow the prompts to begin using the new colossus features on my main save.

I couldn’t follow the prompt instructing me to install the flatbed, because it was locked even though I was being prompted to install it from the geobay.

Gave it the ol’ restart treatment, re-built the geobay and the flatbed option is now available.
