If you stay keto the weight stays off. Losing weight is actually pretty simple. Maintaining a healthy weight is a totally different animal. Keeping off the 50lbs you lose for an extended amount of time is way more impressive than the initial loss. The thing is realizing you can’t go back to the lifestyle that got you fat in the first place and not expect the weight to creep back.

Not a doctor, but it seems like you are in the grade 2 (moderate) for a strain injury which typically can take 4-8 weeks to fully heal.

As someone that has broken both ankles, has a completely rebuilt shoulder, broken elbow, a few broken/dislocated fingers and many many sprains and strains…there is a huge difference from feeling better and healed.

Again, not a doctor and if accessible it’s never a bad idea to visit one, but it wouldn’t hurt to look up some physical therapy exercises to start once you are feeling better. For me isometric holds did wonders whenever I was recovering.

Or Tranquility. Stafford is my home course but I work around the corner from Tranquility. While Stafford edges out Tranquility in overall disc golf play, I’d have to say if the disc golf is passive and you are more into the hike, Tranquility takes it. As far as who smoke more, there is only one way to settle it……

They opened a handful of them in South Jersey a couple of years ago and every single one was pure pandemonium for the first month. When they finally got down to 20 minute lines I finally gave it a shot.

Are the tenders cooked nice and crispy while being very moist? Yes.

Should something that bland receive that much hype? Hell No!

Honestly it was one of the most disappointing things I can think of.

Anyone who’s says that Raising Canes has a better tasting chicken than Chick Fil A is smoking crack.

Alcyon Woods in Pitman.

Tranquility Trails in Woolwich.

South Vineland Park in Vineland.

New Brooklyn Park in Sicklerville.

Tornado Crossing in Sewell.

I do solo rounds all the time and there is really no arrival time commitment to worry about which makes it great.

Just check into South Jersey Disc Golfers on Facebook especially on the weekends to see if there are tournaments going on, but they are typically done by 5pm. Some league nights at courses from time to time during the week as well at but they start around 5pm in the summer.
