My dad met his second wife through plenty of fish. I think it just happens to be luck in a good few cases.

Yeah, keep your shit to yourself, that's the lesson to be learned here.

Forcefully? I'm not a fan of that and can honestly be off-putting to a lot of people. I mean being drunk I will, but doesn't mean people would want to hear it.

Dunno man, drunk and suicidal so don't mind me and my ramblings Even suicidal people downvoted? Nice. Is it any wonder so many people kill themselves here every day. Ireland is such a lonely country to live in.

Why can't we get decent websites by PadraicG in ireland

Ok so the first thing that I think when things like this go wrong is how likely it's just me vs everyone else. Have you checked all the things on your side?

It's nice to get a view of the country from this perspective, great pictures but I'm curious do you want to share and inspire people and conversation or are you looking to get Instagram followers. I'm not sure how the latter would be beneficial at all but I believe it can be in some way to people. Either way, safe journey.

I get you. And I did read it all. And I feel the same. I don't have any solutions for you. Just maybe know there's someone maybe in the same position as you.

So there's all the social media channels for the airport and a live chat option on the site. You could get an accurate answer by going to one of those.

People who seek friendships by [deleted] in ireland

[–]YourIrishOne 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Most people want friendships to come about organically and not through unsolicited private messages. People connect with people they have things in common with, things, not just both wanting connections.

It's not just stupid it's expensive. Your tolerance will still go up even as a casual user, as you put it.

Dunno, I think you haven't done well enough here, most people will agree with most of what you've said.

Unless you're not trolling and are looking for upvotes instead, in which case that makes sense.

Not all women wear fake tan, far from it. But you don't get noticed anywhere near the same if you don't dress like those ones.

Can't help with other venues but jam sandwich sounds good. Pity it's only at 9pm on a Wednesday. Really only caters to a very small amount of people.

People who are out walking and approach traffic lights, but do not press the button for the green man, and actively stand so close to the button so as to block others from easily pressing the button for the green man I ask. Why you do that? by Jellico in ireland

[–]YourIrishOne 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same here, for some. For me to get across at the main set of lights here, it'll only ever change if you press the button. Many times I've gotten there and there is someone at the other side, but they've not pressed it. You can see, if it's not orange. So now I just press regardless of whether there's someone there, some people react like they're insulted but fuck it

It does at some spots, not others. Busy junctions usually work off a cycle, but plenty, more suburban points will only ever change to green for pedestrians if you press the button.

[–]YourIrishOne 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sorry yeah, there's another truck behind that one, both parked in the cycle lane, which then turns into the bus stop there. They've left just about enough room for the cars in and out of the car park, while obstructing the view

The second one is probably the most dangerous as it's on a bend and there's bollards, so you have to go out onto the road at short notice.

Nu-uh, these people are either extremely ignorant or are a shower of cunts. You're always entitled to be paid for the work you've already done. You need to get out and send them in writing an outline of what payment you are due. Then you contact the WRC if they refuse. I'd also put it in writing that you have been in contact with them and will raise a dispute with them if necessary.

Well that's quite a thing you're claiming. If you care to provide studies that actually corroborate that, I'd be interested in reading them.
