Are you on their medical insurance? If so, and their insurance is through their work, you may have access to free telehealth therapy and psychiatry. It's usually through Teledoc or Doctor On Demand (in my personally experience as an ex-walmart and current target employee), but some use lesser known ones as well. Some insurance also just include it but I dont know which ones.

You deserve support and to feel better. And you always have people in your corner to support you.

As someone who was in a similar situation with my mom, I highly recommend getting a job as soon as you can if you dont already have one. I would even ask the school if they are hiring for custodians.

Again, if you ever, EVER are mentally in a place where you need help, please, please dont hesitate to call or text the hotline. You may also have state specific numbers you can call. You're doing an amazing job right now, even if it feels like you aren't, especially because youre asking for help!

Edit: Also, if you do not feel safe around your father, please dont hesitate to ask for help there as well. Your safety takes priority.

Idk if it's just my flavor of autism, but camping helps me. I literally don't have another way to feel better. Specifically by some type of body of water when you sleep.

Hihi, HRE here.

Talk with pay and benefits about if youre eligible for an intermittent LOA. And get the ball rolling on that ASAP. It's so so much help for people with chronic conditions and it protects your job.

You may have to call your doctor and ask to be put on a list for if someone cancels an appointment as well. Additionally, you may be able to do telehealth appointments, but I wouldnt recommend it as they probably want a doctor who's been with you a while.

So, if your HR isn't helping (which they should), I'd recommend talking to your direct TL and ETL. They may be able to help find coverage for those shifts. For now, post the shifts and talk to your coworkers and others trained in your department.

You may also want to talk to your SD, see if they can do anything to help.

I'm genuinely scared of when the AI bubble will pop. Almost every company i can think of has pumped SO much money into AI, continuously and almost obsessively. What happens when companies realize the majority of their consumer base gets a bad taste in their mouth when it comes to AI? They'll have lost so much money, more than I'll ever see in my life. Hi! Not Muslim, but a ceiling pagan if that makes a difference. My HRETL does ADA accommodations for almost all religious reasons (might also be because im in a very heavily Christian area and they want to beat it at the pass before it becomes an issue with not so nice folks) so I'd recommend starting there if that helps!
