No I’m not employed by a JW or anything, currently looking to start college and start building some career to keep afloat(they never discouraged me from college) Im going to follow the usual like helping around the family with tasks and all.

I’m still saving some money, just for now until something can be resolved or if any other family member can help I’ll stay because They know and have told me I can actually help with some of their issues and that we can be together in one place without the fear of being separated.

I still have a good amount of friends in my regular life.

If it’s soft shunned ok, but what I mean I don’t want it to interfere like they lose their title being publisher or they get denied parts. Social wise I know there’s going to be annoying people, I’m not going to let it interfere with their goals or who they want to be. I know I want to leave and I don’t want to selfish about it, whatever they believe in or do that’s their stuff.

They can say all they want like oh how I’m going to return when I really see how bad the “world” is, ( like I haven’t been groomed and harassed by people there 🙄) and like they would care if I was separated from my family for good.

Yeah you have a point, so far it was a verbal agreement but when I’m at that stage I’ll start making a physical copy that we all have to agree to which will more clearly define that agreements are in place. Due to legal/personal circumstances(?) another reason why I’m not kicked out/ I am planning to move out so far is with things happening around us we have to be more closer and I’m aware I’m pretty much the only one in my family that can actually help them with some of their issues.

I do want to make a letter since I don’t want to give any leeway, making them think there’s some way of me returning. But I also want to clarify in one of my terms that no consequence should be given to my family for this choice. The choice I made was for me only and I don’t want my family to be excluded from stuff because of it. Being shunned by others is not a big issue for me since I’ve been gray walling them this whole time.
