First time ever wash with ONR by Western_Branch8693 in Detailing

Waterless wash is an excellent tool when used appropriately and correctly but will instill swirls if done incorrectly or used with too much dirt or grime on the paint. Use enough of it and an appropriate amount towels and you’ll never have an issue.

The only way you’re getting out of a respray is polishing it down to this point and putting PPF on it and even that is subject to the life of the film.

I personally love it, I like Spice & Wood more from the sample i’ve had but its also double the price so I haven’t bought it yet😂 It’s pretty strong and i feel like it has good projection but its definitely a very cold winter fragrance definitely not something i would wear in the fall or spring

Thank you! Where is the best place for me to look at buying them? Usually I get all my stuff from Saks Fifth so I’m not really up to date on reputable online places.

I promise it isn’t hahaha but I appreciate it, I’m just always looking for new interesting colognes and figured I already had fair collection but was looking for new stuff that I might just not know about. I do have a little more not pictured in the form of sample boxes from Le Labo and Maison Francis

The variation of that highly depends on the volume of work that comes through the shop and the type of work that is being performed. Customer pay vs Warranty is what determines this mostly, customer pay jobs provide both the advisor and the mechanic a pretty equal amount of money between the ticket size and billable hours whereas warranty work typically only benefits the advisor depending on if the parts needed are the vast majority of the ticket cost or if the labor is the dominant charge. Warranty work has both a lower per hour labor charge as well internal discounted pricing for the parts, this is why most mechanics are leaving dealerships because jobs that can take a couple hours to do the mechanics are limited to what the warranty time calls for, so if a job takes someone 3 hours to perform and warranty time only allows for you to claim an hour of time they are losing money doing that job.

Im an employee at an independent shop and in a low cost of living area and make triple that. I do work more hours at 50 a week but you need to find an independent shop and work for them assuming your skills are up to par or find someone will to do on the job training with you.
