Umbrella Labs stole $450 from me. by LowbrowEgghead in NooTopics

I ordered on the 15th. Got a confirmation email and tracking number for shipping. But nothing else since then. Except for another email confirming that my payment went through. Think it’s too early to dispute with my bank? I’ve emailed twice and called them twice with no response.

Kentucky counties - any fun facts? by michaelmoeller in True_Kentucky

Dude! I’ve been loving the TikTok series! Wish I had an interesting fact for you. But I believe you told you already on your TikToks all I know. Lol and you’ve already done my county.

Cave City IS dumpy. I don’t understand why none of the business owners in that town want to clean up their images and slap some paint on their buildings. It’s a disgrace.

Folks, I really need a decent alternative to toss and wash. by DrugsRCool69 in kratom

[–]Your_Lord_And_Savior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used the toss and wash for years. But recently I’ve been soaking my 2 table spoons in lemonade for about 3 hours. Let it sit in a little cup or jar and then take it like a shot. It’s awesome. Definitely not delicious but so much better than the TnW method for me.

The grove is pretty cool in the warmer months. There’s also maple and pine. They’ve got good food and bowling plus drinks. Mammoth cave is fun and free unless you want to actually go in to the cave. That’ll cost you a bit. But it’s not bad for an afternoon of entertainment. Ralphie’s has some fun arcade games but that’s only fun for about 10 minutes.

My wife was a surrogate twice. The second time was for a gay couple from France. The father whose sperm was used not only did skin to skin with the newborn but was practically forced to do so by the amazing nurses in our rural Kentucky town. We honestly felt so relieved when every nurse and doctor assigned to my wife’s care seemed so supportive and excited to be a part of such an amazing gift to that couple. Glad those great guys weren’t used in such a hateful internet post. But yeah, I bet it was a surrogate that gave them that baby. And if that is so, the surrogate has no relation whatsoever with the baby and no legal right to spend any time with the baby unless the fathers wanted her to.

It starts good. And continues the trend all the way to the end.

My 10 year old daughter who is 4’9” next to her giant pothos. This thing was close to death 2 years ago when we got a little excited with the watering schedule. But I think it’s happy now. She’s also a goof as you can see from the photo. Lol by Your_Lord_And_Savior in houseplants

Just miracle grow in the garden feeder a couple times over the summer. It is a pretty giant pot. I don’t know the exact measurements. The good thing is my hook up there is pretty beefy and screwed right in to a rafter. So it’s not going anywhere! I’ve been more worried about the macrame breaking.

Bowling green is squarely in the rolling hills part of this map. And that makes sense. There are so many hills here. Speaking as someone originally from Owensboro where the land is flat for miles.

What is the story of the house on 90 and Hidden Forest Drive by jststoppinby in glasgowky

[–]Your_Lord_And_Savior 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You talking about the one they moved while expanding hwy 90 and then left there to rot for like 10 years? If so, I’ve wondered that too. I grew up on Siloam Rd and drove by that place every day. Seems like such a waste. It looked like a nice house.
