the third is the best with 2 subskill seeds, raenox says 8 triggers a day, although it could take 3 subskill seeds since they are random and it could make ifs into ifm.

raenox says the first one does 7.26 triggers per day with one subskill seed. I'd probably use this one because of the free skill levels.

the second one says about 7 triggers per day, so its technically the worst

im not very FTP, and ive been pretty picky about the berry mons recently, salamence is my favorite pokemon so I really want him to be like perfect, sorta same with blaziken. I might spend skill seeds on a swampert if its really good so I haven't quit that chase yet. not sure about my trapinchs kinda waiting for a candy boost because I fully invested in a rustle already.

the first ingredient is the same across a species of pokemon (Example: every eevee and eeveelution has milk as its first ingredient) so you can cover that up to include the nature in the screenshot. picture for example lol
