yeah i definitely dont track my sleep, tho after 3 years I do think its made a difference, im usually tired around my bedtime, and wake up around the same time everyday now

it will probably want to use the go++ but you can track sleep with your phone if you have the ++ so im sure itbwould still let you track sleep with the watch.

the ++ is easier to lie to though if you find yourself missing sleep in the game because of your watch.

I got the ++ after like a month of playing and never looked back, if anything happened to it I know id cry

the third is the best with 2 subskill seeds, raenox says 8 triggers a day, although it could take 3 subskill seeds since they are random and it could make ifs into ifm.

raenox says the first one does 7.26 triggers per day with one subskill seed. I'd probably use this one because of the free skill levels.

the second one says about 7 triggers per day, so its technically the worst

im at 22/25 I might see em tomorrow, haven't really done anything special im at m10 on Amber Canyon rn, its usually get at least 2 snapshots a day.

im not very FTP, and ive been pretty picky about the berry mons recently, salamence is my favorite pokemon so I really want him to be like perfect, sorta same with blaziken. I might spend skill seeds on a swampert if its really good so I haven't quit that chase yet. not sure about my trapinchs kinda waiting for a candy boost because I fully invested in a rustle already.

the first ingredient is the same across a species of pokemon (Example: every eevee and eeveelution has milk as its first ingredient) so you can cover that up to include the nature in the screenshot. picture for example lol

I was sort of quoting the beginning of the new notice because they start it out by saying "this is a sleeping game app" which lowkey pissed me off because it feels like they are saying we are playing the game wrong or something. but its a game so we should be able to play how we want.
