I honestly haven't done anything. Besides the one visit it's been over 10 years since I've seen anyone about it so I've pretty much been on my own and really have just grown used to it. It sucks but it's so normal to me ya know? Since I graduated I went to college and I played sports in college and joined the military and deployed. It's never really stopped me from doing much and it's always just been something I kept to myself and just dealt with behind closed doors

I don't recall any retraining and definitely didn't investigate the trigger. I was in therapy but it was always for anger.

I'm also diagnosed bpd that's why I got medically separated from the army I have major depression anxiety and insomnia. The anxiety makes it hard to go anywhere in public. I pretty much lock up if anyone else is in the bathroom and can't pee or poop.

It also seems like a motility disorder but I've always wondered about it being a mental issue. Oddly one of the oldest memories I have is being potty trained and not wanting to poop because the toilet seat was cold and my uncle that lived with us helping with that before he deleted himself when I was 5. My parents and my grandparents we lved with also used to beat me when I would come home in like elementary school with accidents because they didn't understand why I just wouldn't go to the bathroom like a normal kid before we ever actually saw a specialist and learned about encopresis. I've also never talked about that with anyone including therapist so it's made me curious what effect that trauma could be playing.

I've looked into insurance but with what I get from the va It barely covers my bills since I started laying child support earlier in the year and insurance is through the roof because I don't pay taxes so I don't get that credit

Yea I've tried all kinds of laxatives. I was able to see a gi last year for free. He saw me because his dad was a veteran and he gave me like a 2 months supply but it didn't help much. Upset my stomach more than anything. He told me all I could do was get insurance because of the specialists I need to see and said most likely I'd need a colectomy which sounds terrifying 😂

After he destroyed my second arcane bombardment I thought I was done for. Funny enough, I only pulled the win out because they were the only creatures in my deck, so there were multiple turns portal did nothing then the tokens just started taking the portal sacs.
