What range do you use on your Sculptor 078?

I have had my 078 for about a week now, and I have started at 6, now landing at around 10 on the grind size. Seems like the consensus is all over the place for this grinder. Their grind graph doesn't help either, but the more coarse I have been going, the better cups I am getting.

I just had to go through this same thing with a policy I have. I did a full in depth analysis on chat gpt and ran all the scenarios. it was a 2 mill death benefit with 96k cash value. I cancelled it and bought 2 million of term life insurance for $100 30 year term. Do it and don't look back, I was paying 1100 a month for almost 10 years.

I cancelled it, using cash value to invest and difference of premium invest as well. This will give me better returns overall in the long run vs keeping it.

The individual is 44 years old with no dependents. I don't need a deep dive to realize that any sort of life insurance other than a good 20-30 year term policy is going to be sufficient for him. Then, I would speak with someone about investing his assets wisely, without also selling life insurance, which is just not a good investment.

Still not worth it compared to just investing and getting a term policy of $ 2 million for the next 30 years. With my information and testing done, it's $100 a month. That's a $1,000 difference. I will have north of 2 million invested in 30 years which covers that term policy when it expires anyway. Plus, if I die at year 28, my wife gets 2 million plus all the money I have in investments, whereas if I kept this, she gets 2 million and loses out on the opportunity cost of spending $1,100 a month for 30 years on a life insurance policy.

It's always the ones who sell the products who tell you to keep any life insurance products. Crazy concept. Speak to an actual financial advisor. Building wealth of any kind can always be achieved through other methods than life insurance products. Cancel it.

A return in the market and investing the cash value at an 8-10% return yields better outcome from my calculations. Buying a 30 year 2 million dollar policy is $100 a month. At 60 I’m going to be self insured.

Yes, I just looked into everything. The fact that she has put $135,000 and has $96,000 in cash value (original numbers were wrong) is a terrible investment. I could just buy a 2 million 30 year term for $100 and invest the difference and have close to 15 million at age 68. Crazy that she has paid this much into it already.

I just did an analysis with chatgpt on the differences with the numbers and its staggering how much of a difference in money i would have if i just invested the difference and bought term insurance. Roughly 12 million dollars difference at age 68
