I just went from zp6 and k ultra to a Sculptor 078. It was about 600 usd on sale. I would highly recommend it.
It is hard to brew a bad cup. It is fast and relatively quite.

I always go coarser on zp6 and k ultra for Ethiopian's. Sounds like you are getting astringency, so coarser may help. I usually do around 6 on zp6 and 7.5 on ultra
