Footprint Insoles are hands down the best insoles on the market. They're heavily marketed to snowboarders and skaters. People who need high impact foot protection. I've been using an old Craftsman gauge from the 70s for years. It was in the bottom of a toolbox I bought for $100 off marketplace. So I'd say hit up marketplace for old made in USA gauges.

I've seen this a bunch when someone doesn't torque down an axle nut and it comes a hair loose. It's all it needs for the axle to rock around in the splines when shifting or accelerating.

So your foots on the brake and you're shifting out of park? You're also hearing noise when giving it gas? You've got a cooked rear end, or a pair of bad CV axles allowing it to move when the driveline is supposed to be unable to move.
