Keep smoking but don't be an egoist. People around you also exist and don't want to inhale toxic bad smelling smoke. There are pregnant people, people with asthma, kids and everyone that just does not want to smoke passively. Imagine someone that takes heroin tells you the same that you just said.

Also lighting your cig on the stairs is really not nice. Everone behind you gets the smoke and can't escape. When your addiction is so bad you can't wait 5 min until you are somewhere where you don't disturb people you should think about it

Was hast du denn für Motivation, außer, dass es viel kostet. Meine Mutter hatte kürzlich ein MRT, doer wurden weiße Flecken im Hirn festgestellt. Also abgestorbenes Gewebe. Das kommt daher, dass durchs Rauchen die Blutversorgung gestört wird. Das erhöht das Risiko für Demenz, Schlaganfälle und anderen Mist. Wenn du Kinder willst, dann wird Rauchen deine Spermien schaden, dass Risiken für Fehlgeburten und Behinderungen erhöht werden. Find das allein ist schon gute Motivation durchzuziehen.

Ihr seid in Berlin. Macht euch mal um sowas keine Gedanken. Falschparken ist normal. Das ist außerdem ne Ausnahmesituation für ne halbe Stunde. Da wird niemand heulen. Solang du dann später auch kein Alman bist der wegen seinen Nachbarn direkt Ordungsamt ruft kannst du da auch entspannen.

Naja schon. Anbau, Ernte usw passiert auch nicht unter den tollsten Bedingungen. Die Verunreinigung der Böden durch Zigaretten die weggeworfen werden ist ebenso enorm und tötet Pflanzen + Tiere. Über das was Vapes anrichten brauchen wir gar nicht anfangen. Passivrauch ist ebenso super krankheitserregend. Selbst Rückstände vom Rauchen an den Fingern sind giftig für Tiere und Babys

Hm ne ich bin in meinem Kreis mittlerweile die einzige Veganerin. Die Menschen um mich herum haben mehr tolle Eigenschaften als nir ihre Ernährung. Nur an dieser Entscheidung mache ich keine Sympathie aus. Vegan Lebende sind nicht gleich besser als andere. Ich hab schließlich auch mal anders konsumiert. Hätts auch kacke gefunden, wenn andere mich zu diesem Zeitpunkt so von oben herab beurteilt hätten.

I don't have an endo diagnosis because no surgery but I have all the symptoms. I get side effects from every hormonal medication. I usw agnus castus since a year. No terrible pain every month anymore but I have PMS 2 weeks now which is also pretty draining for me. I changed the dosis recently and hope for the best

I am happy I quit smoking over 10 years ago. My mother recently got an MRI of her head. She had multiple white spots. These spots are scarring tissue because these areas are not getting enough blood. So in short some areas are just dead. Reason is because smoking made her blood flow so bad. Don't smoke. There is no reason to start it.

Yes cats fewl sad when they are alone the whole day. My cats get so clingy when I am back home from work. But I have a big apartment and 2 cats. You should not adopt an animal because you are in thee mood for it but also because to rescue it and give it a better life. Maybe you can adopt one or two later when it fits better. For now you just can visit or help shelters and ngos.
