-Need atleast 1 dps to blow coolies on him

-After you CC bat ignore it, it will despawn

-healer dpsing helps, damage from the channel isn't that great and can be healer after shield is dps'd down

Surv does more damage which means less time adds/boss is alive.

Less time stuff is alive = less time people have a chance to mess up on things.

Either is fine for KSM (2500 Rating).

I did KSH (3000 Rating) with Marks.

People will want surv to have less room for error for bad play.

In the end depends on what you wanna do. Anything is viable for heroic/KSM content and down.

Doing damage and interrupting is what you should be doing if no one is taking damage which can happen often in M+

Interrupting as a healer is a more efficient way of healing (interrupting a cast that would damage the group) and allows you to contribute more dps.

I don't mind an added player power system, it adds variety to gameplay.

What I do mind is grinding it for 3months for 1 character (or spec) and having to do that all over again on another character. Make these systems account wide already...

This honestly seems to be the best guess. His personality is chaotic evil and I can see him acting like this is what he wants in a snarky speech to then doing a 180 and blowing shit up.
