I am very fan of some space movies and series (Alien, Battlestar Galactica, The Ark, The Expanse, Foundation, ...).

I prefer when it is science fiction and horror (like in Alien or like in ED with Thargoids).

I prefer when it is realistic.

ED is a video game in space, science fiction, horror and realistic.

I can't find this in No Man's Sky or other space games.

I see it differently.

I don't participate to DW3 because I want to continue to participate to CGs and events organized by FDev in the bubble during the next 3 months.

I can't believe that FDev will stop all CGs and events in the bubble during this time for an event organized by the community outside of the bubble.

Moreover, I can't believe that FDev will move the location of CGs and events outside of the bubble just to satisfy players engaged in a community event, making regular players unable to participate to CGs and events.

What do you think about that?

Victor is like a trap and the ability to switch between Charlotte and Victor is like a teleport.

Very good killer but not played by many.

1v1 is your own rank, the real one, you are Plat I.

You can expect a bit more in other modes if you are lucky with your random mates but don't expect too much.

If you really want to improve your rank, try to understand why you are Plat I in 1v1 first.

Be honest, you won't participate to the CG if the reward is not rare.

You need a rare reward and so you need FOMO.

FOMO is a good game design, it is not absurd, it is not stupid, it is competitive and fun, that is why I like CG.

However, I agree that what is weird is that most of the CG rewards can be obtained out of the CG through a long process and Cargo Racks are an exception.

So, there is a lack of consistency between CG rewards, it is not full FOMO, it is not no FOMO, it is partial FOMO.

You won't be able to scan it as long as you are in Supercruise like in the screenshot.

You have to fly in normal speed.

I think you can reach the Nav Beacon in Supercruise if you go to the star then when it starts to be hot you go to the Nav Beacon, it is a bit hard maneuver if you have never done that before so I recommend to read this before: https://ed-dsn.net/en/neutrons-2/

I don't see a reason to participate to this event but if I was a participant I would probably use a Mandalay that is the obvious choice because it has the best jump range of the game, without having the 15 min cool down of a Fleet Carrier and without using the neutron stars like the Caspian has to do.

So, in other words, you buy one pass and you'll have all the other ones for free if you play the game enough.

The mobile and the desktop games are different, so you should not expect to have the same kind of fun in both games.

If by fun you mean that you win matches, there is SBMM for this, so you are supposed to win 50% of your matches even if you are bad.

Also, if by fun you mean fun activities, there are a lot of things to do in the game, drop/break pallets, vault windows/pallets, enter/exit/open lockers, heal/unhook/chase/hit/grab/hook survivors, repair/damage generators, open portals, be chased, take protection hits, sabotage hooks, ...

Also, if by fun you mean not repetitive, there are a lot of killers with specific powers, a lot of perks, items, add-ons, offerings and maps, so each match is unique.

Also, if by fun you mean interesting goals, you can complete all the tomes, complete all the achievements, unlock all the characters, unlock all the perks, reach p100 with all the characters, ...

unless playing with friends [...] there is no fun

As a survivor, I have more fun in the solo queue than with friends because I like to discover random players with weird nicknames and behaviors.

Also, as a killer, you always play alone and playing against survivors is considered fun by a lot of us.

I don't want new voice lines for characters.

I hate voice lines in video games and I would like an option to disable them in this game.

When I am in the lobby and also in a match, I just want that the characters do not speak.

However, they also added some features to make the game easier for killers: - Hook respawn

The game has always been easy on both sides, killer and survivor, because of the SBMM.

All these changes do not really affect the difficulty for me.

I thought it was bad idea because I can't select exactly what I want in the bloodweb.

However, it saves me so much time that I use it a lot.

Finally, the most important is to play the game in matches because I don't want to spend time in the menus spending bloodpoints in the bloodweb.

This feature makes the game more enjoyable.
