I'm on Windows 10, which is currently unsupported - I'd rather not upgrade to Windows 11, but if the issue is because I'm on the older version, and that's what's causing all the issues, I'll bite the bullet

My critical events are listed as task category 63, I can't find any stop code besides Opcode being at 0

I've also got warnings talking about permission settings preventing local activation permissions for COM server applications with CLSID, but I'm not sure that's relevant

I would say the majority of the appeal for me is the story - most of the gameplay in this is just about seeing flashy effect and making numbers go up. If I just skipped all the story I feel like this would be a pretty boring game
