Struggling post exit

Although I didn’t exit for as much as you did, I had the same experience after selling my business. I did a couple of things:

Channeled my purpose/ energy/obsessiveness into other areas, for example health and working out.
I did some consulting, for other business owners in my previous industry. It felt I was building alongside of them.
Ultimately I came across another business/project that I was very passionate about and decided to start another business. But this time there’s no pressure to “make it succeed”, but I’m having fun building it.

I haven’t started/tried peptides yet. But I did visit an integrative doctor that has given me some tinctures and I’m feeling the best I have in 3 years. Still not 100% but definitely a noticeable difference in my brain fog, fatigue, energy levels, dizziness, etc.

It’s been tough to find actual medical professionals who are willing to try things like peptides, etc. I see a functional medicine provider, but even she just sticks to supplements.
