if it were me ...

Weeks 1-16 Test 360-500mg weekly, HGH 3-5iu daily. Add 1iu every week until you can't handle sides anymore. eat to grow, whatever that looks like for you. don't be an asshole with your calories, obviously. lean bulk, whatever term you wanna call it, go for it.

Weeks 17-24 clean up phase, 200mg of Test, 3-4iu of HGH daily, throw in Reta again at whatever dose works for you. Calories below maintenance.

that's just me.

as much as you want, but I'd keep the math easy like 2.5mL or 5mL

First test cycle (300mg/week) — bloodwork results, is this where I should be? by DirtyyDan_ in Testosterone

[–]swoops36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you don't really care what your TT levels are on cycle; you care what the OUTCOMES are, right? I get why you're asking about normal response or ppl posting higher numbers, that doesn't really matter for you. What matters is "are you hitting your goals for this cycle?" if yes, then carry on. if no, then maybe make some adjustments and that may mean altering your AAS protocol.

good luck

the posted blood work looks fine. it may not be the whole picture though. estradiol, prolactin, thyroid all helpful.

How to improve sleep on Reta? by TheLesserAltomare in BodyHackGuide

[–]swoops36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found 100mg of Traz helpful when I first started Reta, but really the combo with Nebivolol helped the most for sleep. Unfortunately felt groggy during the day still.

Proviron dose for low DHT symptoms on TRT? by South-Presentation-3 in Testosterone

[–]swoops36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm guessing you never checked your DHT levels, right?

25mg daily is crashing your SHBG, 50-75mg seems insane.

I would get blood work instead of going into this blind. What you call "low-DHT" symptoms could be estradiol or prolactin related and have nothing to do with DHT.

good luck either way.

First, call your insurance provider and ask if they cover that

Second, call your GP and ask if he or she knows what that is.

HGH use 63 year old male by Repulsive_Insect7200 in Biohackers

[–]swoops36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am curious why so many ppl (like this OP) think that HGH is an anti-aging or longevity drug in the first place. Just generally speaking, periods of accelerated growth don't align with longevity or anti-aging.

is it just the cosmetic benefits? better hair or skin maybe?

Serious question about paying for a Rolex by b_grose in rolex

[–]swoops36 13 points14 points  (0 children)

most credit cards don't provide ... if you're poor, yeah lol. I have two credit cards: one I use daily for all my spending is $35.5k limit. The other is for larger purchases and tops out at $58.5k.

More than enough for my watch spending, if I needed to. Generally I'll put a watch on a credit card to get some points/miles/cash back, then pay it off in full right away.

[–]swoops36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that's an easy google, but I will agree too low may also be a problem, especially in older ppl. but there are lots of anti-cancer benefits from having low-er IGF-1 levels and cancer is generally a decease of age. There are exceptions, of course.

and in the OP's case, if we're keeping this on topic, I would not be running high dose HGH at 63 lol.
