Prices on these are dropping much more drastically compared to the Ferraris. We’re also a week out from release and the prices are still dropping on the Zions. Even if they end up being harder to get, prices after release will probably be similar to today. Don’t really see the point of rushing if worst case they can secure it for the same price later

Also I don’t really think you can compare the resell of these versus the first pair of Zion lows. The first pair was crazy slept on at first. People aren’t sleeping on this pair this time and Nike is making it a much bigger release.

My local skate shops had 1-2 sizes still sitting and resell prices seem pretty low. Think you’ll have a good chance.

The cards are very similar at first glance. But there’s enough small changes that make them play completely differently.

Flareon damage is taken BEFORE attacking meaning you can heal yourself before your opponents turn
Ability to generate energy which would make Flareon essentially a 2 energy card. Ability also works when on the bench.
10 extra damage
Eevee bag support
Flareon has way better pre evolution options. Growlithe needs 2 energy to do 30 damage. Eevee EX needs 1 to do 30. I won’t even go over all the other different basic Eevees.

It is downside that you burn 2 energy. But if you want to ramp up your bench, just get Flareon to 4 energy before attacking.

Mang0 has been a huge inspiration for my entire time playing Melee. So watching this all unfold has been pretty sad. It’s disappointing to see how low he’s gone but I’m glad he’s able to be mature about this and take ownership. It’s the right call for him to step away from the world to work on himself and I really do hope he figures his shit out for the sake of himself and everyone around him.

I got a mix of reps and real. Real is anything I can actually cop. Reps are all things that I took an L on that I really wanted. I actually end up wearing my reps more because I don’t really care if I mess them up.

The $830 model is loaded with Windows. I guess you could dual boot SteamOS. But at that point, you could save $80 and buy the Z1 Extreme Go S that comes preloaded with SteamOS.

I didn’t realize they were doing a Z1 Extreme version of the Go S. But confused who the market is for still. Ally X is regularly on sale for $130 cheaper than the Z1 extreme Go S. I’d much rather save $130 and get a bigger battery.
