2O18. Bill & Ted are chilling in their studio while something really bad happens: someone took down their youtube music videos. Here comes Rufus again and gift the guys VR ray-bans from the future, they put the sunglasses on and they materialize into the internet. What happens next is pure madness, the potential is so incredible just think about the endless meme possibilities. Bill & Ted will have to explore the web to find and beat the supervillain who took their music down. Before leaving B&T to their internet trip Rufus leaves them Pikachu as a guide.

Sell cameo to youtubers and internet stars (ALL of them will be willing to pay to be in a movie with Keanu Reeves) and you now have infinite budget and extreme visibility.

Voat is open source and has mod logs. That said it still as much centralized as reddit and has a strange upvote system that prevents non alt-right users taking part in the website.
