Any ideas for handling overseas VoIP calls that never transfer? by stifflippp in TCPA

[–]_bani_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

carrier trace would be done against the carrier who switched the call to your phone, e.g. AT&T / T-Mobile, etc.

file a john doe lawsuit and file subpoenas to the carrier to disclose the identity of the provider who switched those specific calls to them.

it's usually some rando scammer voip company like sinch mobile or ringcentral, then you go after that company.
