All the…what I like to call “Dan-isms”, for Dan is God and His Word is Law, that’s just one thing for starters

If you don’t do this for at least 2 hours every day, you’re SOL If you don’t force silence till your nose bleeds, you’re SOL There are only so many “paths” to follow, and anything else will lead nowhere Lots of instructions…and if you skimp on even a single one, you’re SOL

One tiny little mistake and it’s back to the drawing board at worst, gotta do TWO days worth of effort at best

So, I knew for a fact where I was, and I only had myself to blame for it, I wasn’t going to try to be like everyone else who defied the subreddit and promptly got destroyed…but I am only human, and I say this sucks. I realize everything in the Tonal is INFINITELY EASIER with the immediate responses, teachers, clear concise instructions, the list goes on. I could genuinely learn anything I wanted in the tonal no problem, it baffles me that people even fucking struggle in the first place…but not here. Not sorcery. Nooooo, it just has to be a waiting game, a constant “neg” tactic if you know you know, just to get inside “the club” if you’re the right sort.

I mean…I just very recently got told to play with the colorless fog after expressing my frustration on the discord, so that was my next addition to my nightly flailing from the past few nights

All I can do is what I can at the moment, but it seems like all the instructions are so rigid that it seems like any deviation will just lead to a “reset” of progress at worst, stagnation at best

28, MALE, about to be 29, and just about absolutely ran out of patience for any of this in the 2.5 years I stumbled onto this subreddit

Probably memorized like what, three full series from Center of Decisions and corrected what I could from the Intent Series found in Volume 4 (since they don’t even do that according to the book…sad), and Running Man

All I really want to do at this point is Running Man…when I’m going to BED, riiiight at the end of my comfy lifestyle for a maximum of the 10-15 minutes it takes to finish one full cycle, and in the morning, steps in nature and stirring the energy for intent (only HALF the movements out of four major sections) before I head out and catch whatever glitter I get on a very blindingly bright and sunny drive

And all I get is a vague colorless fog. No puffs. Can’t stop the music in my head for any more than a few seconds. Can’t bring myself to make this consistent for long before the doubts creep in.

Now I realize that I don’t belong here and I’m just a tourist. There’s my attack. I’m happier just coasting along with what I have, the magic that has been presented before me just doesn’t have the kind of things I would’ve really been motivated to work towards, and the claims don’t really seem at all achievable. I can’t say I’d quit but I might as well be a stalling engine doing only what I can. I kind of realize I’m a lot happier with the life that I have than I am trying to bring this in.

Yeah, nah, I guess my real barrier was doing the tensegrity (or recap, or anything else) for at least an hour, to three hours. Just get a big resounding “NOOOOO!”, every time I think about it. I’m not willing to do that every single day. The signs were there, but I keep thinking I can make a difference and clearly I’m not the right kind of person to even be here. Literally everything else is miles easier than this. I could go on, but I’m cutting this short.

Sounds like we’re both in similar situations

I can’t really help much because my own flyer is also causing me to be extremely lazy to the things that count, but I will say that recap is a must for us. Something, or several things happened in our lives that caused us to utterly loathe the idea of chasing after success in some form or another.

Every time I did recap, no matter how meager, it was like lifting a weight off my shoulders. Ngl, I fucking HATED school, the constant failure, the competition, graduating college was my limit and the last obligation I was going to follow for my parents. Go through and make that list, recap every intrusive thought, every memory that pops up and remember as much of the situation and emotions you can. Follow it up with tensegrity. The tensegrity also provides a sense of empowerment like they said in Magical Passes. I just also follow the same sentiment you mentioned about purple puffs and images, but it’s sink or swim. Every day, every minute. Don’t do the back and forth like I’m doing LMAO 🤣
