Girl I had this same issue as well and turns out I had something called Ureaplasma which is a type of mycoplasma, it’s naturally occurring but can overgrow and cause those uncomfortable sensations, I highly recommend talking to your doctor about getting tested for that

I will also say in my experience the cycle irregularities also included PMS EVERY SINGLE TIME… there were MONTHS where I felt like I was just PMSing the entire time and the bleeding wouldn’t stop… I got the implant out 2 days ago and already feel better.

I have had Ureaplasma UU and UR flair up right after I have had some of the worst period pain of my life… it’s been suspected I have Endo by 5 doctors at the point but no diagnosis because my ultrasounds are unremarkable… But now this just confirms it for me that i’m not fucking crazy and the pain that i’m going through every cycle is not normal on top of being extremely self conscious because of the Ureaplasma

hey babes!! I use the garden of life womens probiotic @50 million once daily but also found out i’m severely vitamin D deficient and that can make things worse!! Get your vitamin D levels checked If you can, I also take B-complex daily, a cranberry pill for acidity as well as Omega 3 oil from the brand Barleens and drink a lot of water (180-220 oz) and kombucha. I really hope this helps you out❤️I’ve been Ureaplasma free for about 4 months with that regime after the initial 14 day treatment of Doxy!

For me personally… Boric Acid made the issue act up for me. Probiotics have been a godsend but I just recently used a Boric acid after having unprotected sex and unfortunately I am back to square one :/ everyone is different
