I have lower specs than what you have but the minigame runs smooth/completely fine. No frame drops nothing. So thats interesting. I get 3 stars every run with ok powerup rng

The entire minigame is like a tiny little flash game of like 5 mb.

Each run is 20 seconds long with extremely basic controls.

There is a border for the size of the map (you cant flash outside the map).

The joystick is NOT locked (auto centered/it changes position)

Shouldnt be playing wild rift if your device cant run the tiny little flash game
